Primarily designed for use by students reading evidence at undergraduate level. The book may be used independently or in addition to "Murphy on Evidence". It consists maily of English cases and statutes together with extracts from a number of articles by eminent authors in the field of evidence. The text is linked with notes, short and more challenging questions. It has been thoroughly updated to include the most recent cases and the provisions of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and the Civil Evidence Act 1995.
