Prophetic

I read a reprint of 2014. So the book must have been written sometime before. The book is a severe criticism of the popular New Calvinistic movement in the USA and Europe. I am sure when it came out first, some people protested: Why so negative? Why attack Tim Keller, John Piper, Marc Driscoll, Matt Chandler, Rick Warren, Tim Chester and Steve Timmis and more? Why critize "Big Eva" (the multimillion Evangelical Industry) and not just be happy that people hear about Jesus? This book was prophetic. And now in 2020, it has become clear that the small diviations from before, have turned into a huge gap between the New Calvinists and the Confessional Calvinists. Some off the spokesman of the New Calvinist movement have left the faith in total, others have turned into champions of "Social Justice", Cultural Marxism, Intersectionality and so on. These "leaders" are now, with an image of orthodoxy, -- confusing and fiancially milking the gullible evangelical flock, with beautiful words of equality, while enjoying a luxurious first class lifestyle for themselves and their families. The book is informative and useful. Every pastor and layman should be familiar with these facts.
