Mindset Mindrise

Mindset Mindrise pirouettes through questions about the reach, foibles and sanctity of the human mind at a time when its capacities are being outsourced into AI technologies of increasing sophistication. Katie Griffiths’ second collection of poems invoke different flavours of thinking – tech bros are set alongside the domestic feminine, rational points of view rub against unbridled imagination, redemptive leaps encounter landings that are angst-ridden – this collection flirts with the paradox that we may be ceding territory of the mind before we've had, as individuals, enough chance to experience its unique facets.
