   The Compounders by Adnan and his colleagues is one of those rare investing books that goes far beyond numbers and returns - it's a book about character, humility, and integrity in business.
   
   What struck me most was how the authors describe the CEOs they admire - not as celebrities chasing attention, but as quiet, disciplined operators who care deeply about their shareholders and employees. Many of them earn millions, yet they never overspend or show off. They simply focus on building long-term value year after year.
   
   It reminded me of the writings of Nick Sleep, Qais Zakaria, and Li Lu - people who treat investing as a craft of patience and ethics, not speculation. Adnan and his team capture that same spirit in a Nordic context, showing that great capital allocation is really about mindset and values.
   
   The book opened my eyes to what real stewardship looks like. It made me realize that the best businesses are built by humble people who think decades ahead, not just quarters ahead.
