What's In A Name?

What's in a Name?A dark fairytale by April KlasenIf you are lucky, the Elders will bestow a single name when you are born. A sacred name. Kept hidden and safe.If not, they give a long and jumbled list of names and make you into a Fairy Child, destined to be sold to the Fey, with each name being exchanged for favours until the Fey takes the last name and the Fairy Child with them.As is tradition.Until one Fairy Child does the unthinkable. They give themselves a name and keep it secret.
