In August 2011 Dr. Schmidt was asked to join the Vitas Innovative Hospice Medical Team as a Clinician/Provider for patients on hospice service. Dr. Schmidt also enjoys utilizing his trauma and ER skills while employed in Urgent Care Facilities throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth.
