Jay has been and continues to be active in the formation of entrepreneurial enterprises and has founded Biz Owners Ed, a non-profit devoted to mentoring them. Jay has personally founded, grown, and sold over a dozen businesses, including: Smart Start, Inc., Physician Staffing Resources, Inc.
