Odyssey

Born in Beijing and raised in Singapore, Jingna Zhang is a fashion and fine art photographer and art director in New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Seattle. Inspired by anime, manga, and the Pre-Raphaelites, her work interweaves East Asian aesthetics with western art styles, bringing unique visions of painterly images to fashion and fine art photography. Zhang's works have appeared internationally in Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Time Magazine. She has exhibited in Milan, Hong Kong, New York, and Singapore, and her clients include brands like Mercedes Benz, Montblanc, and Lancome. Prior to her work behind the camera, Zhang was a world-class air rifle athlete representing Singapore at the Commonwealth Games and World Cup; the founder of an esports team in StarCraft 2, and an agent and manager to concept artists and illustrators with projects for clients like LucasArts, Amazon Publishing, and Sony Music Japan.She is the founder and creator of Cara, a platform for discovering human artists and creators.
