   The author is a well known LCHF practioner and writer. The way of explaining the things about LCHF and Diabetes in this book is simply superb. Particularly The elaboration about Diabetes in common man English will make to understand the things clear. Rather than the pharma company the understanding of diabetes is the cause for modification of blood sugar level. This is well explained by author. I noticed some of the doctors too fall for the conspiracy theory of pharma or illuminati. They should read this book.
