I cooked my first meal out of this last night. All kids and husband approved. The nice thing about what I have read so far, is that a lot of the main dish recipes are actually similar to what I cook already. Just a little change here or there and what to put with them is a little different. Thank you, Paul!

I originally purchased this cookbook for a friend who loves her slow cooker and who has decided to go Paleo. I looked through it before I gave it to her, and started to write down recipes for myself. I soon realized how ridiculous that was and ordered a copy for myself. Yes, I do recommend this cookbook!
