   This is the most informative cookbook for Gluten free eating that I have read. It goes beyond the recipes and gives info on different flours and ingredients.

   I have a relative who suffers from gluten and dairy issues. She has to be careful what she eats. It has a variety of recipes that are easy to follow, plus it gives you ways to substitute items to avoid gluten, dairy, etc. For example, there is a detailed section on flour. Make dinner rolls out of the book, or bake some chocolate chip cookies. It is a must for anyone who suffers from gluten or dairy issues.

   If you are gluten free, get this book! I read dozen of books and blogs and watched a million videos and still could not get my baking right at all. As someone who has baked my entire life, this was incredibly frustrating. Several members of an online group recommended this book. We already had several of ATK's cookbooks so I knew I wanted this. I learned more in the first 30 pages of this book than all that I mentioned before. Every recipe I have tried has been successful. What more could you ask for?

   This is a great cookbook. Having just being diagnosed with Celiac disease I have been on the hunt for cookbooks. This is one of the best I have found. Having little time to cook these recipes were fast and tasty.
