By 2012 they had become the fastest-growing caterer in the Ireland and the UK, with their core range of services expanding from workplace cafes, restaurants, fine dining and hospitality to include retail cafes and bars, pop-up food and bar concepts, and event catering. The brand is centred around the idea of urban hunter-gatherers exploring the modern world of food, collecting the latest exciting ideas and approaches for customers to share and enjoy. The charity provides low-threshold entry services, primarily to younger people and vulnerable adults with complex needs, and offers pathways out of homelessness based on the principles of the Housing First model. In 2021, the charity worked with over 10,000 people and was active in 28 local authorities across Ireland.
