On the Way In

To tell the truth...Publication 2018Here is the story of a life filled with awareness of the signs brought by events; some expected and others unusual. This is also the story of our daily lives. The most ordinary occurrence can inspire reflection as well as research into what is essential, even down to the most intimate details. Everything becomes part of the story as soon as we decide to exercise care in what we do.This is the story of a search for meaning amongst joys and trials, in dialogue with a wisely affrmed ideal of brotherhood. This is the story of friendships and encounters, and even of travels, that keep love alive and lead to new connections. This is the story of the night dreaming of the day and the day dreaming of the night, in a search for improvised freedom in accordance with events re ecting the same search for ideals. This is the story of a boundary to be determined between the knowledge of the spirit and the challenge of the observer, who draws his attentiveness from his own approach. It is, in the end, the felicitous meeting of narrative and tale, of reality and memory, of body and mind—the meeting of words and living memories.Father Benoît Lacoix
