Colin M. She integrates biological and psychological perspectives in her clinical work to develop and establish person-centred, individually tailored, effective and enduring treatments for individuals with sleep disorders. Dr. Zalai leads the behavioural sleep medicine program at Sleep on the Bay (Toronto, Canada) that provides evidence-based evaluation and treatment for the full spectrum of sleep and circadian disorders in an inter-disciplinary setting.
