Kwan is currently a community placements administrator at University College London (UK). Fu-Lai Tony Yu is a professor emeritus at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He taught at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Monash University (Australia), and Feng Chia University (Taiwan).
