A Gold Medalist in both LL.B. and LL.M., she holds a Ph.D. in Law. With over eighteen years of academic experience, her expertise lies in cyber law, information technology law, cybercrime, digital evidence, and data protection. She has authored numerous books and 50+ research papers and actively contributes to national and international academic forums.Jacinta Dsilva is Research Director at SEE Institute, Dubai, UAE, and an accomplished researcher, strategist, and academic leader with over twenty years of experience across academia and industry. She completed her Ph.D. from Coventry University, UK. Her research specialisations include sustainability, circular economy, green technologies, Industry 4.0, and artificial intelligence. She has published more than twenty academic books and over seventy-five research papers in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals.Amit Joshi is Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Management, Kumaun University, Nainital, India. He holds a Ph.D. from Kumaun University and has over two decades of academic and international research experience.
