The articles collected in this volume present different aspects of the use of typed feature structures in theoretical and computational linguistics. It covers a wide range of linguistics theories (CCG, Construction Grammar, HPSG, LTAG), a wide range of linguistic phenomena (aspect, concord, idioms, passive), and a wide range of applications (parsing, question answering, semantic composition).
The Editors: Anders Søgaard received his Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen in 2007. He was awarded the Elite Research Scholarship 2006. He is now a researcher at the Department of Linguistics at the University of Potsdam.Petter Haugereid is a Ph.D. fellow and lecturer at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has developed two wide-coverage typed feature structure grammars for Norwegian.
