The Neckartal-Odenwald Nature Park stretches north of Heilbronn and is easily accessible via numerous cycle paths. Far away from the noise of big cities, cyclists experience pure nature paired with attractive cultural and geological history. Not only did the Romans leave their mark here, you can also see medieval towns, baroque and half-timbered houses. If the slopes of the Odenwald are too steep for you, stick to the Neckar valley with its castles. Everything can be reached by bike from the Eberstadt stalactite cave, worth seeing towns such as Heilbronn and Wertheim to the wine-growing regions on the Main.
