Explorations in Digital Interculturality

Digital (intercultural) experiences and practices are embedded into—and influenced by—sociocultural phenomena at the heart of social life in our postdigital world. In empirical studies and theoretical discussions, the contributors to this volume explore digital intercultural communication from the perspectives of (socio)linguistics, (inter)cultural studies, and related disciplines. Building on these empirical and theoretical undertakings, they lay the foundation for this emerging field by conceptualizing “digital interculturality”.
