Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump

The Little Baron travels across Russia and into lands no map records with his dog Bulger, meeting peoples of Lockwood''s invention and reporting on them with total confidence. This is the first of the Baron Trump books. The satire is aimed at the pompous traveller, and the geography is nonsense on purpose. Forty-six paintings of roads, forests and moonlit paths by painters including Ivan Shishkin and Vincent van Gogh turn the Baron''s invented geography into a landscape the eye can travel.
