The book divides the topics into chapters named ''pathways'', highlighting the concept of a roadmap or itinerary that organisations can follow to accomplish their development and improvement project objectives. The content intends to facilitate learning, foster proximity, and encourage co-production, thereby enhancing reliability among all involved parties in the accreditation process.
