Time has passed by us silently like stream.Upon looking back suddenly, the "e;Literary Library of Scholars"e; of Ningxia Teachers University has already successfully published and issued four volumes, and the fifth one is coming for readers.This volume includes six works, namely Comparative Study on regime structures of the Qin Dynasty and Carolingian Dynasty, written by Chang Zhiyong; Fear and Reflection: Study on American Novels During the Period of Post 9A*11, written by Liu Xia; Artistic Conception of Oil Painting Landscape, written by Lv Chaofeng; Exploration and Research on Styles and Techniques China's Freehand Brushwork Paintings, written by Chen Yanping; Research on Teacher's Education (the second volumei edited by Teacher's Education Research Center of Ningxia Teachers University; and Research on the Historic Culture of Guyuan (the fourth volumei whose chief editor is Liu Yanqing and associate editors are An Zhengfa, Yu Yongsen and Wang Xingwen.
