During the past few years many changes are taking place in education system in India at all levels. People started demanding quality education Now, Education is to be need based and demand driven especially at the tertiary level of the higher education. The author being an educationist for about four decades was invited to give endowment lectures present papers in seminars and conference, on different issues relating to education and development.
