Paolo Asso, Ph.D. (2002) in Classics, Princeton University, is Assistant Professor of Classical Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has recently published an edition, with translation and commentary, of Lucan, Bellum Civile, Book 4 (Berlin, 2010). As a 2011-12 fellow at the W. E. B.
