European Community Law

This book offers an overview of the structural characteristics that Community law acquired pursuant to the European Treaty, the subsequent Single European Act and the Treaty on European Union, and most recently the Treaty of Amsterdam.

It undertakes a systematic analysis of Community law with particular attention given those elements, especially the case law, which favored its development and interpretation.
