Welcome! You have taken a first action towards making change in your life - something that often requires a lot of courage. Congratulations! My hope is that this book will be able to give you inspiration, motivation and support during your journey in becoming more of who you truly are, and creating the life that you desire.  The book is called "PROUD, STRONG & EFFICIENT - be inspired by Hawaii and become more of who you truly are!". My opinion is that "personal growth" is not really about changing us, rather its about finding the way back to our inner selves, also referred to as Alignment of Spirit. While living in Hawaii, it became very obvious to me how important it is to be proud in a humble way (not to be confused with pride). It was very interesting to experience how naturally this is for the Hawaiian people. By being proud of who I am and using my natural talents, experiences, etc, I get much stronger as a person.
