    Ke Xizheng, doctor of science, second-level professor, head of the information and communication system discipline of Xi'an University of Technology, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Collaborative Network Military and Civilian Co-construction. He is a famous teaching teacher in Shaanxi Province, a member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a director of the Chinese Optical Engineering Society, and an executive director of the Shaanxi Optical Society. He received his bachelor's degree from Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1983 and his Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996. From 1997 to 2002, he did postdoctoral research in Xidian University and the Second Artillery Engineering College. Editorial board member of "Journal of Electronics", editorial board member of "Infrared and Laser Engineering", editorial board member of "Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instrumentation", editorial board member of "Laser Technology", editorial board member of "Applied Optics", editorial board member of "Journal of Xi'an University of Technology", Editorial board member of "Journal of Time and Frequency", editor board member of "Journal of Atmospheric Science Research", editor board member of Journalof Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, a national science and technology award evaluation expert, and a member of the discipline evaluation group of the Shaanxi Provincial Academic Degrees Committee. In 2000, he won the Outstanding Young Scholar Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2009, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Science and Technology Commissioner of Guangdong Province, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education". In 2015, he was awarded the title of the leader of "Green Yang Jinfeng" in Yangzhou. In 2018, he won the China Industry-University-Research Innovation Award, and in 2019, he won the second prize of China Industry-University-Research Innovation Achievement Award. In 2020, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker of the Chinese Institute of Electronics". He has given keynote speeches at international conferences many times, and served as the vice chairman of the IEEE ICECE 2020 conference. Since 2001, it has won 16 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including 1 first prize and 5 second prizes. He has obtained more than 20 invention patents authorized by the state, published 10 monographs in the Science Press, and published more than 400 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, with a citation H index of 38 and a G index of 63. More than 30 doctoral students have been trained.
