Hong Kong's Health System

Gabriel M. Leung is Associate Professor in Translational Public Health at the University of Hong Kong. He is project director of Hong Kong's Domestic Health Accounts, an advisor to the Health, Welfare and Food Bureau on health and long-term care financing, and an Honorary Consultant of the Department of Health. He is an Associate Editor of Health Policy and has published widely in the areas of epidemiology, health services research, and health policy and economics.

This book succeeds in providing a careful analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of Hong Kong's present healthcare system and compares it with the systems in other countries with similar socio-economic circumstances.
