The author delves into why some people receive these contacts and possible neurological reasons why some people can detect these visits. She also assures people who have lost their pets and who have not received contact from them that it is not because they are loved less and tells of her grieving previous dogs she loved and lost, but from whom she never received any afterlife contact.
