Cowboy Cops is a factual fast-paced true story of a violent crew who kidnapped successful drug dealers from the Harlem area of New York City. The 5-member posing as police would "e;arrest"e; high-level drug dealers with the purpose of holding them for ransom.Law enforcement themselves dubbed the crew the Cowboy Cops when informants confirmed the rumors circulating on the streets of Harlem were true.
