Worldroot Artery: The Aelaryn Saga Series - Volume II

Stonewake is the first volume in a sweeping epic fantasy series set in the crystal city of Saelithar, where Ilae Soryn, an analyst of the Serathen Accord, uncovers a centuries-old secret buried beneath her city. When an earthquake opens a cavern filled with living Aelaryn crystal, Ilae descends into a forgotten world of shardlings, ancient guardians, and a Titan imprisoned since before memory. Joined by the swordsman Saevir Aelyrion and the scholar Caer Mournel, she races to understand the awakening of Draethis—the Burrower, before it reaches the surface. Stonewake is a tale of discovery, survival, and the fragile balance between civilization and the primal forces beneath.
