Inheritance

The Inheritance is the second book in The Cinema of Forgotten Souls trilogy. The first book opened the doors of the cinema and introduced the idea that some places hold more than memory. This second book turns back to Eleanor Shaw, the woman who helped keep the cinema standing through war, grief, disappearance, and silence.Eleanor's story is not one of easy answers. It is a story of records, routines, suspicions, accounts that do not settle, and truths that cannot yet be proved. What she comes to understand in The Inheritance will not be fully answered until the final book, The Cinema of Forgotten Souls: The Reckoning. Some truths are inherited before they are understood.
