Romance in the hang flower joint

James knows every hang flower joint in Tanjong Pagar — which bars water down the whisky, which girls remember your name for a tip, and exactly how much a garland costs to make a client feel like a big shot. After years basking in the KTV scene of fake intimacy, he's stopped believing in the real thing. Then he wanders into a quiet new bar with no customers, a hopelessly disorganized owner named Peach, and a 21-year-old whisky she gives away for free because she hasn't figured out the pricing yet.She can't run a POS system, no idea how to sell a garland. And she is, without question, the worst businesswoman James has ever met.But Peach is hiding more than bad bookkeeping, and when the truth walks through the door wearing a gold watch and an unreadable expression, James is about to learn that the girl behind the bar was never quite what she seemed.A warm, funny, Singlish-flavoured romantic comedy about whisky, garlands, and falling for exactly the wrong person at exactly the wrong bar.
