Harold's Lament

Harold's Lament follows Harold, a struggling London based author working on his first novel. But in a world where art is conscious and reflects its creator's deepest insecurities, Harold's unfinished manuscript begins to grow impatient. As the boundary between page, dream, and reality unravels, Harold must confront both his fractured imagination and the darkness behind it, or risk losing not only his sense of self but his story too.Harold's Lament is an experimental, postmodern, speculative and often comical exploration of the uneasy marriage between creativity and mental health. "e;Witty, moving and quite bonkers, Harold's Lament will have you chuckling one minute and questioning every one of your life choices the next."e;Ellie Watson"e;It's irreverent and breaks a lot of rules that book clubs would wag their fingers at, but I love it."e;Ben Murray
