It''s 2030 and the story''s background is set amongst climate change as a factor creating global food insecurity through droughts, floods and changing weather patterns reducing arable land worldwide. The climate change of the 20th and the early 21st century has led to massive immigration from African regions in Europe and South American regions below the US, where they can no longer provide sufficient food due to the loss of arable farming land. These nations where once huge families were an asset for farming are now a liability in feeding them which has led to huge immigration threats to sovereign borders. Such a huge influx of immigration has given rise to elected leaders feeding fear to their populus. Xenophobia culturally is running rampart and has also taken root in the US where right wing parties among the 50 states as the Federal laws are becoming ineffectual. States are electing right wing representatives to control the electors for the federal congress. In Europe the wave of elected right-wing leaders have slowly but steadily taken control over their parliaments. The US and European governments are dedicating huge manpower resources to secure their borders with impenetrable physical and technological walls. Overtly, Western nations cry they are doing all they can to assist these nations with funding but behind the scenes the new Western governments of 2030 see climate change as an undercurrent force for their elimination of immigrants invading as a threat to their sovereignty. A transglobal group of biotechnologists is now racing against time to ensure that the next global planting will include newly developed Agri-seeds that shorten germination time by 50% and double crop production output in the basic major subsistence crops of wheat, rice and maze in a effort to forestall millions from starvation. Shrouded government plans develop to use climate change to accelerate starvation thereby reducing the size of the world''s population. Those now in power are convinced that the Covid shut down of 2020 to 2022 proved that a reduction in consumption reduced negative factors of climate change and this surreptitious direction would be beneficial to survival of the fittest. A decision is made by the new western leaders to break into the Seed Sanctuary and destroy the newly developed Super Agri-Seeds. One lone Mossad agent, son of a Holocaust survivors is determined to retrieve the Super Agri-seeds and ensure that no governments of the world can hide behind this covert genocide, as Hitler and the Nazi''s once tried to cleanse the world of the less desirable.
