The novel is not linear and will take you back to times when the Earth was at a tipping point-- Dr. Zi Pang's theory that water molecules contain messages; shoot forward to Pythagoras voicing his thoughts across the airways, high on hilltop, to anyone that will listen; introductions to the White Cloaks, a religious group that wants new world order; enter the Cube, a gene-altering facility; and realize that PROMAC may have initiated the downfall. This all leads you back to the Family. The Family and a child born for the first time in this harsh world. Past affecting future. The depth of the universe with a potential to make things right again.
