Out of the Shadow of Silence

In this modern-age account of the Samaritan woman, Pastor Marilyn reveals the truth behind her thirst for love. The raw telling of her relationship with five husbands traverses the rough terrain of abuse, identity crisis, and low self-esteem.

Through her story, those who have been victimized can find a hope chest of healing. It also highlights God''s unlimited grace towards the individuals who perpetrate the abuse. To the church, each chapter reveals a different perspective, meant to challenge our general attitude toward ourselves and other sinners. Together, we will gain insight into how Jesus meets us at the well to eternally satiate our thirst, releasing us Out of the Shadow of Silence to proclaim the gospel of The Good News.
