Das Werk gewährt einen profunden Einblick in die verfassungsrechtlichen Herausforderungen, welche die Einbindung privater Sicherheitskräfte in das Sicherheitssystem mit sich bringt. Im Fokus steht dabei die Reichweite der staatlichen Aufgabenverantwortung im öffentlichen Sicherheitsrecht, auf deren Basis konkrete Anforderungen an das Kontrollniveau von privaten Sicherheitskräften abgeleitet werden.
