Curt Frisemo - Böcker

This version of the Wine book Piedmont - Wine, Wine Growers and regional specialties originated in June 2013 with the first interviews followed by a number of more visits up until february 2014. The style of this new version is similar to the first version. The printed book is still in black/white whereas the eBook has got colour photos with all links clickable, which is nice when you travel with a tablet. For the print version I wanted to keep the same style as for version 1 and as an amateur photographer I mostly prefer black/white pictures. This version also contains some technical details around the wine growing.

Die zweite Ausgabe des Buches über Weine, Winzer und regionale Spezialitäten aus Piemont folgt demselben Konzept wie die erste Ausgabe in 2002. Dieses Buch ist auch in schwarz/weiß als Druckversion gemacht. Das entsprechende eBook ist in Farbe verfügbar.Der Inhalt ist so gestaltet, dass für jeden Winzer vier Themen behandelt werden: Die Person, die Weinlagen, der Weinkeller und die Weine. Die Weine werden nicht bewertet da dies nicht das Ziel des Buches ist. Im Buch wird es auch erklärt. Piemont ist eine großartige Region nicht nur wegen Wein und Essen sondern auch durch die Geschichte als Teil vom alten Savoyen. Piemont ist wirklich ein Besuch wert!

Den andra upplagan av min fotobok om Piemont, vinodlare, viner och andra godsaker är en uppföljning av den första upplagan men nu också som eBook i fyra språk. Boken är testad med Adobe ADE och med iPhone och iPad men även Android enheter fungerar bra. Den omarbetade första upplagan finns också som eBook. Fokus för den andra upplagan var unga vinodlare, vinodlare med ekologiska viner och några starka personligheter.

La seconda edizione del libro sui vini, cantine e specialità regionali del Piemonte è anche disponibile come eBook con circa 100 foto. Il libro è disponibile in versione per la stampa in bianco e nero anche. Il contenuto è stato progettato intorno a quattro grandi temi di ogni cantina: il viticoltore (s), vigneti, la cantina e i vini. I vini non sono classificati perche non è l'obiettivo del libro. Nel libro viene anche spiegato chiaramente. Il Piemonte è una grande regione, non solo per il vino e il cibo, ma anche per la storia, come parte del vecchio Savoia. Il Piemonte è davvero la pena una visita! L'eBook è abbastanza grande, la dimensione del file 36MB, a causa delle numerose immagini a colori.

This wine book about Piedmont is based on interviews done starting in the year 2000 over about a year with interesting wine growers – some will known and others not yet. It is a my personal conception of the people 'behind' these very good wines and it is not an attempt to rate the wine as such. All wines I have tasted are very good or excellent. The best you can do is to try the wines yourself together with some food that goes well along with the wine and then make your own rating. Even though the Baraol and Barberesco wines are the most well known wines you find very good Barbera, Dolcetto or Freisa wines or many others which you might like. There is such a variety of wines. Just go ahed and try them.

Dieser Weinbuch über Piemont basiert auf Interviews, beginnend im Jahr 2000 über etwa ein Jahr, mit interessanten Weinbauern - einige bekannte sowie andere weniger bekannte. Es ist ein Buch über meine persönliche Auffassung der Menschen "hinter" diesen sehr guten Weinen und es ist nicht ein Versuch, die Weine zu bewerten. Alle Weine, die ich probiert habe sind sehr gut oder ausgezeichnet. Das Beste, was Sie tun können ist, die Weine selbst zusammen mit dem passenden Essen zu probieren und dann Ihre eigene Bewertung machen. Auch wenn die Barolo und die Barbaresco-Weine die bekanntesten Weine sind finden Sie auch sehr gute Barbera, Dolcetto oder Freisa Weine oder viele andere, die Ihnen vielleicht besser gefallen. Es gibt so eine Vielzahl von guten Weinen. Dann nichts wie los und probieren Sie diese schöne Weine.
