Friendly Dragon – förlag

This new edition of the classic picturebook about coping with everyday fears brings to life how it feels when, in the blink of an eye, your world becomes a scary place. You turn round and they're there: you've got dragons! Wherever you look and whatever you do, you can't get away from them. You don't want to think about them, but you do, all the time. You try to pretend they're not there, but it's no good. You try to pretend they're not dragons, but that's no good either. So what do you do? Make sure you get plenty of hugs for a start. And while you're at it, try giving them names, drawing them, talking to them, telling them jokes. One fine day, just when you think they're going to be there for ever, it will suddenly dawn on you that something feels different. And it IS! At last your dragons have gone! This is a reassuring, honest book about coping with the fears we all share. Down-to-earth text and splendid, witty illustrations deliver a cheering reminder that no dragon is more powerful than YOU.
