Life is never an easy journey. Everyone experiences the valleys and mountain peaks. But the experiences that we remember most are the valleys; those trials and consequences of life choices that challenge us to either become a victim or a phoenix.

As Millennials, we were given this chosen title as a compliment, though sometimes it can feel like a curse. This one word defines a generation of people who were given the opportunity to see technological and systemic advancements, while using internal truth to break free of oppressive stigmas for overall growth.

As we experience this journey of life, we face trials that are not new to the fabric of time. The intensity, however, is hotter than it has ever been before. This book is a culmination of millennial truths, found in our perfected fragmentation. Which of your truths will you find?
