Spinning Wheel Stories – förlag

The Vole Who Looked at the Moon is a gentle, contemplative picture book about Violet, a vole who is always busy preparing for what comes next. Along the way, other animals invite her to pause and enjoy the world around her. Eventually she joins a moon-gazing gathering where they all slow down together, reflect, and share simple haiku inspired by the night sky.

Through these encounters, Violet begins to see the world differently.

With a lyrical tone and evocative illustrations, this read-aloud encourages mindfulness, curiosity, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Originally published in Finland, this edition is translated from Finnish.
