In A Night of Rhythm and Mews, words and pictures go hand in hand to tell the story of a singular musical partnership between a composer and his rather special cat. Percy Nightingale wants to be a composer. He longs to write a piece that will make his name and bring him fame. But first he needs an idea. For ages he's stuck until one day he gives a home to Bruno, a poor abandoned little cat. Only then does inspiration strike. The music flows at last and a creative partnership begins to flourish. Percy brings the rhythm, Bruno brings the mews. Together they create a musical extravaganza for a concert like no other.
