Every year, Auntie Rose enters the ‘Best Garden in Town’ competition. She makes sure her garden is perfect – even combing the grass so that nothing is out of place! But, every year, first place goes to someone else. When Auntie Rose falls sick and has to cancel her entry, her neighbours decide to surprise her by looking her after her garden while she’s away. With a little reggae music, joy and wildflowers, Auntie Rose’s garden might just be in for a chance at first place…A joyful, music-filled tale that celebrates community and teaches that accepting support from others can help you grow and flourish in more ways than one.

Juhi loves helping her Appa sell flowers to the local community. In Appa’s flower shop, Juhi knows the language of love – lilies for adoration, irises for hugs and kisses. She knows the language of faith – frangipani for full moon days, red hibiscus for the temple. But when Appa tells her that her favourite customer has passed away, she does not know the language of grief. What flowers will she choose to remember a man who was always so full of life? A moving story about grief, self-expression, and finding reasons to celebrate even at life’s toughest moments.
