Will Kelvin ever be the same—if he manages to survive?

With many of his problems yet to be resolved and more on the way soon, Kelvin''s future is constantly changing. All the while, the mysterious Apostles creep ever closer to their goal... The conclusion to this exciting arc promises to be action packed!

“So, my next enemy is a deity, huh?” Kelvin and gang are in Gaun for the naming ceremony, and what a coincidence! There is a martial arts tournament being held at the same time—the largest on the continent, in fact, called the Beast King Tournament! Clearly, this has the gang interested. But in other news, there’s something off about the beast king, Leonhart... What is he planning? Fights and intrigue abound, and Kelvin is right in the middle of it all!

“Why don’t you all come at me at once, with all your power!!!”

The Beast King Festival continues, and several schemes are afoot! Kelvin and Leonhart are duking it out, Ange is shadowing our favorite battle junkie, and Sera is on the hunt for a mysterious yet strangely familiar contestant who shares her last name. Many threads slowly weave into one final confrontation, but how will it all shake out? Kelvin is certainly powerful, yet Leonhart has got to have tricks up his sleeve as well, and may prove to be the toughest opponent he’s ever faced. But why did he put on such a sham of a fight, and how will this grudge match end?

“I’d rather put my life on the line than use Kelvin as a decoy!!!”

The Beast King Festival arc continues as Kelvin and the gang join the battle in several groups—Rion, Efil, and Gerard against a mysterious old man; Kelvin against Ange; and Sera against Condemner.

It seems Ange has a thing for Kelvin, but it comes out in a desire to claim his head! Too bad for her, though, as the feeling is mutual, and all this fighting is only making Kelvin fall for her harder! Will he somehow be able to calm her down and recruit her, or will she succeed in taking his head first? Or worse, will Kelvin be forced to kill her?!

Who wins? Who loses? Will the trio make it in time to save their leader? Can our favorite battle junkie hold on when he’s already died once? And who is the mysterious yet oh-so-familiar girl that Sera is fighting?

“We won’t let them walk the same path. Not as long as we exist...”

Kelvin’s encounter with the Apostles in Gaun is finally over, and it ended with him successfully winning over Ange. But she has some unsettling news about the rest of the organization she belonged to and their sinister goals...

After a quick debriefing, it’s off to Deramis! Their mission? To meet up with the nation’s leaders and learn more about their new enemy. But the road there isn’t guaranteed to be smooth, and what will they even do with the information? Read on to find out!

“Nah, we should liven things up instead!”

It’s time to assault the Catacombs of the Heroic Spirits! Members of the Elearis cult have kidnapped people from the orphanage and occupied a dungeon. Now, Kelvin and his friends have the job of rescuing the hostages while bringing down the cult—an especially tough prospect given that Reviver may be manipulating everything from the shadows!

Our heroes hatch a plan and put it into action, but unfortunately, even the best laid plans rarely survive reality, and things quickly go awry once new enemies start to show up on the lower levels: major figures from the distant past and...a dragon?!

“For I am a True Ancestor... The Seventh Seat of the Apostles... Reviver!”

The fight against the undead (or newly alive?) former Light Dragon King is coming to an end, but that isn’t the case for our heroes’ entire dungeon escapade. Elsewhere, the showdown against the mastermind behind this whole debacle, Reviver of the Apostles, is about to begin. What is his motivation? His backstory? His true plan? His powers or fighting style? Or indeed, is Reviver even a he?

“Sorry if I end up killing you!”

The battle against Reviver is finally over! Still, that doesn’t mean our protagonists are out of the woods yet, as Reviver has backup: Defender. Fortunately (or unfortunately for Kelvin), said backup seems less than enthused about fighting.

So it’s a chase! As Defender tries to get away with her organization’s prize—Atra—Kelvin and co. are in merry pursuit. But Defender seems to have some tricks up her sleeve, possibly tied to her previous life?

Will Defender ultimately get away? Where will everyone end up? It’s sure to be somewhere inhospitable and chock-full of more battles! (Hint: It’s not your aunt’s house at a big family holiday.)
