Elizabeth Leiston, the daughter of Haldoria’s powerful prime minister, is the picture of a refined noble lady and the perfect future queen. But when her fiancé publicly humiliates her, calls off their engagement, and starts spreading nasty rumors about her, Elizabeth reaches her breaking point. Why should her only friend be her loyal maid, and why should she continue to serve a country that doesn’t respect her? Elizabeth concludes she won''t stand it any longer and will bring down the kingdom, even if it''s the last thing she does! As such, she uses her quick wit and, more importantly, her seven magic grimoires to embark on a quest for revenge. And let her tell you, there will be hell to pay!

After Elizabeth escapes from the Kingdom of Haldoria, she poses as Ellie Leis and settles nicely into the Lebrick Viscounty. The growth of her business inspires her to expand her powerbase to execute her revenge. She sets out for the imperial capital alongside her trusted confidant Mireille and new apprentice Lunoa, only to realize she’ll need more staff she can trust. As Traitre grows larger by the day, she must also secure a stable production base to source material. But what happens when the war threatens that very production base? Elizabeth may need to trade her quill for a blade sooner than expected...

A border conflict threatens Ellie’s brand-new production base, forcing her to embark on a military expedition and assemble a volunteer army of adventurers and mercenaries. Once she makes her way to Sarjas, the aristocrat-turned-merchant regroups with Lucas’s forces. It is now time to launch a covert operation to take back Broccen Fortress, a strategic stronghold that has fallen to the Sarjan and an infamous mercenary corps Ellie has heard so much about. To complicate matters further, Prince Friede and his loyal knight, Robert, appear to be involved in the war. Will Ellie and her allies succeed in driving back the invaders and uncovering the Haldorian prince’s plot?

Ellie has successfully taken her first step toward revenge, and she has no intention of deviating from that path anytime soon! Her achievements during the border conflict between the Kingdom of Sarjas and the Yutear Empire have earned her a valuable reward: a chance to obtain a Special License—an invaluable certification that would allow her to grow Traitre faster than ever. To get her hands on that precious permit, Ellie has to impress the most influential merchants of the empire—the seven members of the Merchants’ Guild Council.

Ellie’s trip to Count Hammitt’s territory has paid off. She’s established a good relationship with the count and his family, and she’s gained access to his port. Needless to say, our livid lady isn’t about to stop there. Thanks to her new privileges, Ellie is ready to set out on her next venture with Traitre! She has everything she needs and has even found the perfect environment to set up her new production base—the village of Milista. Little does she know that her arrival in Milista won’t be as peaceful as she’s hoped...

Ellie is now a prominent merchant of the Yutear Empire, so when someone introduces counterfeit coins to the imperial economy, she simply can’t ignore the deception. She tasks Mireille to investigate and quickly learns that the fraudulent currency might have a connection to Funnel, the firm she used to own in Haldoria. More ominous yet, the scheme has Colt Lampton, the son of Haldoria’s minister of finance, and Prince Friede, Ellie’s odious ex-fiancé and sworn enemy, written all over it. The time has come to enact the next phase of her revenge plan and save the empire from financial ruin.

Elizabeth Leiston, daughter of the influential prime minister, is a picture-perfect lady on the path to becoming the future queen of the Kingdom of Haldoria. But her life takes a sudden turn for the worst when her fiancé makes a show of publicly calling off their engagement. Soon after, he throws her in jail and starts spreading nasty rumors about her.

The encouragement Elizabeth receives from her loyal waiting maid, Mireille, and her inner fury are all she needs to reconsider her goals. Why should she continue devoting herself to a country that doesn’t respect her when she can trample over it instead? She will get even with those who wronged her and bring down the damned kingdom, even if it’s the last thing she does! Luckily, Elizabeth is no damsel in distress and has seven powerful magic grimoires she won’t hesitate to use. Get ready because this ruthless lady is out for blood!

After a successful dungeon dive, Elizabeth—now Ellie Leis—and the others emerge with the necessary supplies to create an antidote for the victims of the king poison slime...and with a little girl. Stranger still, the mysterious child they found inside the corpse of a fire drake considers Ellie her mother! Unwilling to cast her away, Ellie adopts her and names her Alice. Ellie wants to do right by the young girl and raise her properly, but the former aristocrat is unsure how to proceed because she didn’t have the most loving childhood. As she tries to navigate motherhood, Ellie discovers counterfeit money in the empire! She immediately attempts to trace it and finds it might have connections to the firm she used to own in the kingdom...

Ellie and her friends are back in the imperial capital after successfully resolving the kidnapping incident in Kellevan. While everyone is fine, the incident has left its mark on both Misha and Lunoa, who will both need to learn how to move forward while dealing with their feelings of guilt. As for Ellie, she continues to plot the destruction of her homeland, the Kingdom of Haldoria. Thanks to Ellie’s machinations—and her mortal foe’s own failures—Prince Friede has finally lost his power at court and his position in all but name. His half sister, the competent Adel, has returned to replace him. She may very well prove an even tougher opponent for Ellie, whose latest scheme is about to take her to one of Haldoria’s vassal states—the United Beast Kingdom.
