Comic book veterans Matt Wagner and Kelley Jones join forces on this new graphic novel take on the world’s most famous vampire! The first of four planned volumes, The Impaler explores the legendary Count before his debut in the novel—from his first foray into the dark arts to his rise to lord of the undead!Wagner and Jones explore the veiled stories from Dracula, diving into the bloody, horrifying events between the lines of the famed horror novel.

Dracula arrives in London with plans to take over the city with bloody terror, and right away begins to pursue wealth and blood alike. But his peculiar customs won’t go unnoticed by the people of London for long.Following the massive success of Book One-The Impaler and Book Two: The Brides, Matt Wagner and Kelley Jones continue their story between the lines of Dracula in this third graphic novel volume!“One of the distinctive aspects of Stoker’s original novel is that it’s epistolary…told exclusively in the form of journal entries, letters of correspondence and news articles.  The only voice missing from these various narrations is the most crucial one of all…Dracula himself!  So our version of these events is narrated by Dracula himself…from inside the mind of an unrepentant monster.  As Kelley said, this volume was the most challenging in regards to accuracy as the events of the original novel are well-recorded, analyzed and annotated.  And Kelley has absolutely brought his A+ game to this narrative.  If you thought his work of BOOKS I & II was spectacular, wait’ll you see how he brings Dracula to live (er…undeath) on the foggy streets of Victorian London!  I’ll say it again…this is the story that Kelley Jones was born to draw!  And I’m the lucky bastard who got to write it!”This 136-page graphic novel explores Dracula’s first weeks in London and his plot to rule the city from the inside out, no matter how much bloodshed it takes.

Geralt’s encounter with a beast reveals the truth behind fairy tales in this graphic novel adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski's original short story.Geralt takes a short cut down a beaten path, where he makes a grim discovery of two corpses. Backtracking their trail, he’s led to a derelict mansion secured with elevated walls and a gate—mysterious and ramshackle, yet adorned with a rare elegance Geralt could not ignore. He is met with the mansion’s owner—not quite human, but a beast with the faculties of a man. With Geralt unfazed by his monstrous appearance and displays of aggression, the beast invites him inside. A kind but wary host, he shares stories of his family, his life . . . and his curse. If the weight of his misdeeds could condemn him to the body of a beast—a retribution spoken of only in fairy tales, could there be another grain of truth in these tales of fantasy—one that could help him elude his fate and lead him to salvation? This graphic novel is the first in a series of adaptations from Sapkowski's acclaimed short story collection The Last Wish! Script adaptation by Jacek Rembiś (Frostpunk) with art by Jonas Scharf (Bone Parish, War for the Planet of the Apes).

For the wives of the infamous vampire, the horrors begins long before Dracula.Following the massive success of Book 1: The Impaler, Matt Wagner and Kelley Jones continue their story between the lines of Dracula in this second graphic novel volume!“One of the most eerie and memorable parts of the Dracula legend is the presence of his vamipiric Brides,” says writer Matt Wagner. “In both the novel and the litany of screen adaptations, the appearance of these beautiful and seductive sirens is always an indelible part of the narrative. And, of course, this presents us with yet another dark and beguiling story to be told. Who were these women before they became part of Dracula’s sinister harem? How and why did he come to claim them as his undead paramours? And what role do they ultimately play in his ongoing saga?”This 120-page volume dives deeper into the story of Dracula’s brides, and the lives and horrors they faced before they married the ultimate evil.
