Overcome and transform crises for personal, cultural and professional growth using the lens of Unity Conscious Leadership™.

Have you ever wondered;- Why are people and organizations falling back into old habits and patterns?- Why is it so difficult to transcend mutual differences?- How to break through obstructive situations in life and business?

These were the questions Joyce Z. Wazirali has been asking herself, ever since childhood. She discovered that the answers were already in the questions.

On the other hand, Health, Happiness, and Peace are the deep-rooted human values people are longing for in life. These values have occupied us for many centuries. Without these values, people are suffering, and enduring violence in various ways. The undercurrent of collective trauma makes it still quite a quest to uncover them.

The only way to find the answers and solutions and to grow health, happiness and peace, is by changing our perspective on life.

New paradigm on leadershipThe world we are in now has been created over the centuries from an old paradigm of Dualism; seeing life and acting in separation in a dynamic order of hierarchy and inequality. Here lies the root cause of obstructive patterns and paradoxes, the source of conflicts and crises.

To make a deep sustainable change we need to change the paradigm on life from Dualism to Unity Conscious Leadership™.

In this book Joyce takes you on a journey with the opportunity to perceive situations with the lens of Unity Conscious Leadership™; a new paradigm on leadership, to overcome and transform crises, and unlock potential, for; sustainable personal growth and development, cultural transformation and professional growth; and thus more health, happiness and peace in the world. The book is full of wise and inspiring advice with numerous practical examples showing how Joyce has used Unity Conscious Leadership™ not only to explore problems by using relational intelligence, but also to resolve them together with her clients. To best explain the complexity of life in an easy way,  Joyce has merged; The Eastern wisdom of the Lotus Sutra  (created 2,600 years ago by Shakyamuni Buddha), the Western knowledge of system dynamics, quantum physics and collective field, with The layers of suffering and transformation (which she has obtained through 30+ years of experience in the field of; people and business growth from the perspective of Unity Conscious Leadership™).Interdependent growth and transformationOur growth is an interdependent process and is also the key point of Unity Conscious Leadership™ and the Lotus Sutra.

Toxic relationships are often the cause of health problems, affecting people''s feeling of happiness and sense of peace. This also applies to relationships within organizations. As a result affecting the health of the people, the culture and customer base and thus the health of the organization in many aspects.Transformation is the result of interacting with others with the intention of fostering mutual growth. Using obstacles for growth.
