“BUMBLE” is aimed at 6 – 11 year olds. It tells the story of a bumble bee’s struggle to provide pollen and nectar for her family. The loss of flower rich areas and the harmful effects of pesticides are told in a dramatic and lively story with numerous colourful illustrations. At the same time the story helps to raise awareness of the importance of pollinating insects in our countryside and gardens. The follow-up sections make the book an enjoyable and useful educational tool in the classroom or at home.
