In Lizard World, the grotesque collides with the absurd in a time-hopping tale of body horror and dark satire. In 17th-century London, a penniless medical student delivers a corpse to a nobleman with disturbingly specific surgical needs— only to uncover something far stranger than expected.Centuries later, a New Jersey dentist crashes into the Florida swamps and is abducted by the nobleman’ s degenerate descendants, who transplant his brain into a still-living body from another time. As identities blur and monstrous memories surface, the line between past and present dissolves in a surreal battle for control.Twisted, outrageous, and unforgettable, Lizard World is a blackly comic fever dream unlike anything you've read.
